Bible Study on the Web Bible.ca is one of my
favorite Bible study and apologetics resources. Proofs addressing the trinity,
salvation doctrine, false doctrine and more are available. This site also
provides practical lessons which can be applied to one’s everyday walk with the
Lord, family situations, raising children, etc… The interactive quizzes
addressing one’s salvation are excellent. Bible.ca
is a wonderful resource.
There are a few cautions of which to be aware. The
navigation interface is a bit dated (late ‘90s) and the site is peppered with
“cheesy” animated graphics. Some articles, although solid in their reasoning,
have not been edited, leaving incorrect punctuation, grammar or spelling. Do
not let these stylistic and writing errors deter you from utilizing Bible.ca.
The site is run by Steve Rudd, Evangelist of the Hamilton
church of Christ
out of Ontario, Canada.
With most subjects Bible.ca takes a conservative tack but is not obsessed with
a need for black or white answers when the reasoning does not support it.
Brother Rudd is a prolific writer and is gifted with the ability to demonstrate
the scriptures are “true and reasonable” (Acts 26:25).
The next time you need a quick family devotional,
challenging study addressing Calvinism or a deeper look at the trinity, go to www.bible.ca.
